Toofers!!

Look who has toofers!! I thought she was teething and sure enough I was right! Not only is she getting a tooth, but she is getting TWO at the same time! Poor thing, I'm sure that doesn't feel good. They aren't all the way in just yet but they are starting to show!

Mama!!

Here she is saying Mamama! Of course she says it all day but as soon as I pull out the camera she stops!!

Guess what Reagan said today.....Mamamamama!!! I heard her say it and didn't think to much of it at first, she mumbles alot, but she said it all day!! I called Aunt Mae Mae & Tricia and they heard, and she really performed for Nonna & Grandpa!! Later on in the day Darrin called on his way home from work and I said..."Reagan has something to tell you." He said, "she does, I miss her today." I said "she said Mamamama, can you believe it!!!" And guess what his response was......"I know, I heard her say it last night in the bath, I didn't tell you because I was jealous." hahahhaha!!! He was the first to hear and I thought he didn't know! TURD!

I tried to record it today, but of course when I had the camera out she was to interested in it and wouldn't say it. I will try to get her saying Mamamama tomorrow!! She sure loves her Mommy!

Up on all Fours!!

Our Date Night

The last night Honey & Pops were here we decided to go out on a date, just me & Darrin. We knew it would be a while before it was just so we went downtown and had dinner. We ate at Ocean Air, which was wonderful, then walked around downtown. At the Padres stadium the USA vs Japan game was going on so we walked down there before heading home. We had a nice time and ended up home earlier than planned. I guess we aren't late nighters anymore, we were home and in bed before 11:00!

Reagan and her Nicknames

It has been brought to my attention that Reagan has tons of nicknames and if you know the Sniders at all you know this is ALL their doing. However, before reading this you must understand that I have no idea how some of these nicknames evolved. We all have those names that somehow and in someway stick and later we wonder where in the world they came from. Well, Reagan already has TONS! I felt I needed to blog about some of them so later we can see which, if any, actually stuck and laugh about the names we used to call her!

Roxanne - Daddy (When Reagan was first born she was a B A D baby! She had colic and often had episodes where she would just scream, it was terrible! When she changed over into that mood Darrin called her Roxanne. He said "who would ever want to be called Roxanne, maybe if I call her that she won't be a Roxanne." So Roxanne she was!"

Rocky/Rocky San Dune/Rockafeller - Daddy started it, but now we both use it. It is Roxanne shortened, which was Roxy at first, but is her most popular nickname! Sorry Reagan!

Bill - hahaha, Daddy (this is another one that SOMEHOW formed when she is not being a good girl!)

Happy St. Patty's Day!

No one will be pinching our little cutie today! She was dressed and ready to celebrate her first St. Patrick's Day! It was a beautiful day, the weather was just perfect. We went up to La Jolla and walked along the beach, then walked out to watch the sea lions. We all had a great day & Reagan definitely looks good in green! :)

Also I have to note that she is starting to crawl! She hasn't mastered it just yet, but I'm sure in no time she will be crawling! She knows what to do, gets up on all fours, falls back down and tries to scoot. I haven't gotten a very good picture of it but before you know it I am going to have my hands full!!

Balboa Park

I love walking around Balboa Park, the park is so beautiful and there is always something going on down there. Today, since it was the Saturday before St. Patrick's Day, there was a parade, a live band, and tons of green beer and food. We thought we were going in the right direction, but actually ended up on the opposite side of the parade. Which was fine, probably a little to crazy than what we were looking for anyway! We walked the park and then went to where the parade was held. Ate some of that food that is totally irresistible and totally unhealthy in every way and then came home. Reagan wore her first little pair of tennis shoes and I couldn't keep my lips off of her! She was so cute, we just kissed her all day! I just love her so much!

LA & Santa Monica Peir

Darrin and Pops had tickets to the watch the Mavs & Lakers play in LA at the Staples Center. Of course us girls would rather walk the streets of LA then to go to the basketball game. So the guys went to the game and we took Reagan on her first Walk of Fame! We HAD to get a picture with Honey's favorite star, Kevin Costner. I'm sure she would have rather taken a picture with the real deal himself, but finding his star was exciting too! We went to the Wax Museum, which wasn't as good as I had hoped, but it was still fun. Then shopped around a little bit before we had to pick up the guys. Later that day we drove to Santa Monica, which is where we stayed the night and walked the pier.

The next morning we walked down to the beach. Pops took Reagan out there before we were ready and in the stroller were the car keys. Therefore I had to wear my COWBOY BOOTS out to the beach! My other shoes were in the car and I couldn't get to them! So needless to say off to the beach I went in my boots! Everything was great until we decided to put everything down to take pictures. All of a sudden a wave came in and before we knew it our stuff was wet...including my boots!! Then we heard Darrin...."Oh no!!! Mom's shoes!!!" We saw them being washed away but luckily enough they came back to us! We later went to The Grove and The Farmers Market, it was a beautiful day and we had a good time!
